Elijah Hall is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Evolution, Ecology, and Evolutionary Biology. He recently completed a six month fellowship in the Office of Congressman Mark Takano (CA 39th), Riverisde's Representative.
Elijah looked at California state allocation of federal funding to counties. Current allocations are based on rules set in 2011, which may not accurately represent how counties have changed in the last decade.
