A new research report authored by our own UC Riverside graduate students in the Science to Policy (S2P) program and the Bourns College of Engineering, Center for Research & Technology (CE-CERT) is available! The report seeks to inform the public and decision makers on the background, context, environmental, social and management issues surrounding Net Energy Metering (NEM) policies and how current proposals might affect ratepayers, the solar industry, the state of California and its goals.
